City was without a striker, Erling Haaland, but that didn’t stop City from dismantling Liverpool at the Etihad, despite coming from behind.
Mo Salah gave the visitors the lead 17 minutes into the game before Alvarez got an equalizer in the 27th minute.
After the break, Kevin de Bruyne, Ilkay Gundogan, and Jack Grealish all got on the scoresheet.
