The visitors got an early 28 seconds opening, thanks to Carlos Alcaraz, former Arsenal player, Theo Walcott, doubled the lead for the Saints, before Gabriel Martinelli got one back, heading into the break.

After the break, Duje Caleta-Car extended Southampton’s lead to 3-1. And just went it seemed like the visitors had sealed the victory, Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka got Arsenal back and leveled in two minutes, crowning Arsenal’s relentless efforts throughout the game.
