Arsenal continued to show commitment to their title charge with a very well-deserved 2-0 win over Newcastle United.
Martin Odegaard gave the Gunners the lead 14 minutes into the game before Fabian Schar’s second-half own goal doubled their lead and took them back to the top of the table, a point above Man City, who are hot on Arsenal’s heels with a game in hand.
Newcastle remain third on the log, two points ahead of fourth-placed Manchester United, who lost to West Ham by a lone goal.
