Nigerian Socialite, Idowu Adeyemi, popularly known as Yhemolee is set to walk down the aisle with the Love of his life Thayour, after a series of controversial online dramas trailing their relationship.
First, social media buzzed with news of the singer’s upcoming marriage to his longtime girlfriend. The couple who has been keeping their relationship low-key, had sent out wedding invitations to their close friends. But one of the guests shared a clip of their invitation, which came in a bag with Asoebi and more, on her Snapchat page.
However, in a new development, YhemoLee confirmed the whispers by sharing a video of his proposal to Thayour on his Snapchat.
In the viral video which had a very romantic setting, Yhemolee is seen kneeling and asking his babe to be his wife, which she happily accepted.
According to online reports, the couple is set to tie the knot in August, in Lagos state.
Hours following the engagement announcement, a leaked chat between the couple has surfaced online. The leaked conversation, dating back to 2018, showcases Yhemolee’s charming and cheesy attempts to win Thayour’s heart through Instagram Direct Messages.
In the chat, Yhemolee’s fun and sweet messages show how their romance started and has finally progressed into something serious.
Thayour, also in a viral video, expressed that she always knew she would become Yhemolee’s wife. She noted that their relationship is unique and not something others might easily understand.
