Nigerian singer Khaid made a drastic return to social media and immediately unfollowed his boss, Sydney Talker and everybody else except Olamide on Instagram.
Recall that Khaid had been on a social media hiatus. Shortly after, his manager, Sydney Talker, and his record label announced that the artist was critically ill, with videos of Khaid in the hospital circulating online.
Khaid’s return to social media has been marked by a series of cryptic and defiant tweets. In his latest posts, the singer appeared to address his critics and those he perceives as having wronged him, although he did not name anyone directly.
He wrote:
“Y’all set moup but can never Shut me up. FYI, I’m Young Trump, I wish y’all long life so y’all can reap what you’ve sown accordingly.
“Thank God for helping me overcome what many would face and die, Them no fit hold the Boy, We Rise Again!”
The singer’s cryptic message and apparent anger have fueled speculation among netizens.Many have taken to social media to express their dissatisfaction with his approach, with some even accusing Khaid’s health scare of being a public relations stunt.
