Sooj has taken on the mantle of leadership in the Big Brother Naija house after winning the Head of House (HoH) challenge for the week, guaranteeing his immunity from eviction next week.
Every week, as is customary for every Big Brother Naija season, a Head of House is chosen to lead the house for a week through either a game or an election.
Sooj won HoH games on Monday after competing in a four-series challenge involving obstacle courses, sliding on slippery surfaces, and trying to get a ball from a distance.
As head of the house, Sooj is automatically granted immunity from possible eviction for this week.
As Head of House, he will also have access to the luxury HOH suite and the privilege to select a deputy who will share in these rewards.
Meanwhile, the Big Brother Naija season 9 edition marked the first individual eviction since the housemates were unpaired.
Last Sunday’s Live eviction show saw the eviction of BBNaija lovers, Chizoba and Ben from the reality TV show.
Before the eliminations, Ebuka confronted the housemates with sharp questions about the week’s events, offering viewers some premium content.
