Kizz Daniel and Ubi Franklin reportedly bury the hatchet

Music personalities, Kizz Daniel and Ubi Franklin reportedly reconcile, putting an end to their six-year feud.

Recall that back in 2018, Kizz Daniel and Ubi Franklin clashed over a contract dispute and allegations of unpaid royalties, which led to a highly publicized and messy split.

Cutie Julls, a gossip blogger, had disclosed that the problem began when Ubi booked a N150 million gig in Nigeria for Kizz Daniel.

At first, Kizz decided to give Ubi 10% (N15 million) as a commission. But later, he asked that the whole amount be given to him and said he would pay Ubi’s share as an expense.

Ubi reluctantly paid the full amount, but Kizz only sent N7.5 million as a fee, saying that the deal was between Ubi and his brother and not with him. This caused a heated fight in which both sides used harsh language and finally blocked each other on social media and their phones.

In a recent development however, entertainment gossip blogger, Cutie Juls updates that the music moguls have reconciled and rekindled their friendship.

Although Cutie Juls didn’t elaborate on the reconciliation, the report has sparked widespread excitement among fans and fellow music colleagues.

The post reads,

“Breaking Gist: Kizz Daniel and Ubi Franklin puts their differences aside. Our source revealed they have settled their issues and are back as very close friends.Recall these two gentlemen fell out over disagreement or percentage sharing”.
