Shyngle Wigwe, father of the late billionaire and former Group CEO of Access Holdings Plc, Herbert Wigwe, has allegedly taken legal action against his 26-year-old granddaughter, Otutochi, over an inheritance dispute.
In October 2024, reports surfaced online suggesting that the Wigwe family intended to disinherit Herbert Wigwe’s children by altering his will. However, the family strongly denied these claims at the time.

In a new development, a court summons has emerged online, indicating that Shyngle Wigwe has sued his granddaughter. The legal dispute reportedly centers on the administration of Herbert Wigwe’s estate.
The court summons, registered under suit number ID/7735, FMP/2024, was filed in the Lagos State Judicial Division and backed by a court order issued on November 18, 2024.
