City’s woes this season continue to grow, as the defeat comes just days after Real Madrid knocked Pep’s side out of the Champions League.
First half goals from Mohamed Salah, who now has 25 league goals so far this season, and Dominik Szoboszlai were just enough to leave City hanging at fourth place on the log, 20 points behind Liverpool.
With the standings, it’s safe to say the English Premier League is Liverpool’s to lose.
