Chelsea’s hopes of qualifying for the Champions League are hanging by a thread after coming from behind to snatch a draw against Ipswich at Stamford Bridge.
In need of a win to strengthen their hold on 5th place, Chelsea were handed a rude shock going two goals down before the break, courtesy of goals from Julio Enciso and Ben Johnson.
Enzo Maresca’s men had to fight their way back into the game with an Axel Tuanzebe own goal giving them the needed opener, before Jadon Sancho grabbed an equalizer in the 79th minute.
The result moved Chelsea to sixth on the log, a point behind Man City how moved up to fifth.
