Legendary Nigerian singer, Innocent “2Baba” Idibia, has taken another bold step in his new chapter of love as he officially introduced his fiancée, Honourable Natasha Osawaru, to his traditional rulers and village elders.
The introduction happened during the Idoma Nation Peace and Unity Symposium held at the Och’Idoma Palace in Otukpo. Dressed in full Idoma traditional regalia, 2Baba proudly presented Natasha to His Royal Majesty, the Och’Idoma V, and other respected elders of the land.

Natasha Osawaru, who once served as the Deputy Majority Leader of the Edo State House of Assembly, stood by his side as he reaffirmed his intentions and commitment in front of his people.
After the ceremony at the palace, the couple continued to Okpokwu — 2Baba’s ancestral hometown in Benue State. There, he introduced Natasha to local elders and community members, once again showing that this relationship is not just for show, but something deeply rooted in tradition and family values.
This introduction comes not long after 2Baba’s very public announcement of his separation from Annie Macaulay-Idibia. And shortly after, he proposed to Natasha, whom he described in a viral video as “a young, brilliant, and amazing woman” that he intends to marry.
As expected, the news has stirred mixed reactions online, especially from fans still coming to terms with the end of 2Baba’s long-term relationship with Annie. But for now, it’s clear that he’s fully stepping into this new phase with confidence and tradition behind him.
