Popular Nigerian socialite, Cubana Chief Priest, has taken legal action against his alleged Kenyan babymama, Helen Ati, following their ongoing paternity dispute.

In a new twist, Nigerian lawyer Emeka Ugwuonye, from the DPA Family Law Clinic, revealed that the nightlife entrepreneur has filed a lawsuit against Helen in a magistrate court in Kenya.
According to the court documents shared on Facebook, the lawsuit includes a request for an interim injunction. This would stop Helen and anyone linked to her from sharing or publishing any content that could be seen as defamatory or damaging to Cubana Chief Priest’s reputation.
