The speculation began after footage showed the two actors walking arm-in-arm at an event. With rumors already swirling regarding the status of Peggy’s marriage to Frederick Leonard, netizens were quick to suggest that she had moved on with Kachi.
Taking to the comment section of an Instagram post to clear the air, Peggy explained that there was a very practical reason for the physical contact. She pointed out that Kachi is a happily married man and was simply being a gentleman.
“Kachi is happily married, una don start,” she wrote. “He was helping me cos of my heels.”
