Leicester City and Chelsea headed into their premier league game on Tuesday, both hoping for a win. Still, all knew that the possibility of either side clinching three points depended highly on how much which side wanted it, and after 90 minutes of play, Leicester picked up three points and moved to the top of the log point ahead of Manchester United.

The foxes got off with an early start when Wilfred Ndidi sent in six minutes screamer from 20 yards.
The ball falls to @Ndidi25 on the edge of the area, and he lets fly left-footed, and it's in off the post! ⚽️

As the game progressed, the host maintained momentum and missed a few chances, however in the 40th minute, Chelsea’s hope of equalizing was dimmed when Frank Lampard’s men saw a penalty get overturned.
After consulting the VAR, a decision to award a penalty to Chelsea for a foul has been overturned as contact was made outside the box. A Chelsea free-kick will take place.

After the break, the host picked up from where they left it and almost made it three had Albrighton’s header been on point.

Albrighton picks out Justin at the back post, but the header is off target. At the other end, Fofana makes a tremendous block to preserve our clean sheet.#LeiChe
Chelsea had could have picked up an equalizer with minutes left to play, but Werner was caught offside, so the goal did not stand. With no more chances left for underwhelming Chelsea, the impressive Leicester took all three points and a clean sheet.
