The heated exchange between Nollywood actresses Angela Okorie and Regina Daniels has taken a new turn, as Angela fired back at Regina with scathing remarks over her earlier comments defending Mercy Johnson.
After Regina Daniels slammed Angela on social media calling her “mad” and insisting that Mercy Johnson should not forgive her Angela took to her own page with a fiery response, lashing out at the younger actress and making bold claims.
Angela, visibly upset, mocked Regina’s marriage to billionaire politician Ned Nwoko, accusing her of marrying an older man just to live the luxurious life Angela built for herself.
She wrote:
“You’re like a child to me, you grew up in my presence. You used to come to my house with your mum. At some point, I thought you were sensible enough to marry a man of your age. Hell no, because of jets, flying around – things you can do for yourself – you married a man who’s supposed to be your great grandfather.”
Continuing her rant, Angela added:
“The kind of low IQ you have is why I always advise the younger generation to hustle and make their own money. You shouldn’t even be talking where I’m talking. I am the definition of the life you wish to have, but instead you went and married an old man just to give yourself the life I gave myself.”
She ended her statement with a dismissive tone:
“I won’t banter words with you. You just want to trend because Nigerians barely remember you and your old man.”
