Actor Jide Awobona’s Wife Robbed At Gunpoint In Lagos State
Insecurity in Lagos state has become the order of the day, and celebrities are the targets of this criminalisation.
Yoruba movie actor Jide Awobona disclosed that his wife, Ebunoluwa was robbed at gunpoint at the Third Mainland bridge in Lagos.
In an Instagram post, Jide narrated,
“Mrs A was robbed on third mainland bridge today, she was flashed a gun and was threatened to be killed if she doesn’t drop all her money and other stuff, but as per God, sharp babe and Ijebu woman wey she be she pleaded to give them 1k from the 3k in her wallet, that she needs to get fuel (truly, reason she rolled down to save fuel), after a while, the same guy came back again for her phone as she was still in traffic.
“Let’s all be careful out there, nowhere is safe anymore, and please sir @jidesanwoolu do all you can in your power to ensure the security and safety of lives and property in Lagos State @nigerianpoliceforce @nigeriapoliceforce. Thank you”.
This is coming after Veteran Nollywood actor Hafiz Oyetoro aka Saka was attacked by robbers at his residence in Abeokuta, Ogun State on Monday night, August 8, demanding N20 million.
