Actress Bimpe Oyebade Reveals Yomi Fabiyi bullied her for refusing his sexual advances
Actress Bimpe Oyebade said Yomi Fabiyi almost frustrated her out of the industry because she refused his sexual advances.
Bimpe made this known while reacting to Fabiyi’s controversial movie, ‘Oko Iyabo’ which has been making the rounds on all platforms. While she expressed shock over the actor’s decision to release the movie which portrayed an opposite picture of Baba Ijesha’s case, a follower reminder her of how Yomi used to shade Bimpe “almost every day on his page”.
“Do you know that stupid Yomi used to shade you almost every day on his page, calling you names.. it is well with you”, the follower commented.
Bimpe on the other hand obliged, stating that the major reason he kept shading her is that she didn’t make herself available for his sexual needs despite how much he tried. She went on to narrate how the actor almost frustrated her out of the industry with his constant sexual advances and later threats.
“I’m aware, I just decided to always ignore. The major reason is that I didn’t make myself available for his sexual needs despite how much he tried but doing this to a child is just too much. Yomi Fabiyi needs to be stopped. Enough is enough. Thank God for his grace, if not I would have given up on this dream because of his constant harassment, bully and threats”, she replied.
The embattled actor has received several backlashes from other celebrities and Nigerians over the release of the now controversial movie. The movie was taken down by YouTube because of the petitions against it, even though Yomi claims he asked them to put it down for the sake of peace.
The Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) also summoned Yomi Fabiyi with regards to the movie, ‘Oko Iyabo’.
