American Rapper Soulja Boy Sued For Sexual Assault.

American rapper Soulja Boy has been accused of sexual assault and rape by his personal assistant, jane doe.

According to jane, Soulja Boy started abusing her sexually shortly after he hired her in December 2018.

She went on to say that the rapper started by sending her unsolicited photos of his penis within the first month, claiming that Soulja Boy raped and assaulted her for nearly two years.

According to the lawsuit filed, jane and Soulja Boy developed a romantic relationship, which led to her moving in with him.

In another document obtained by TMZ, jane claimed that in January 2019, the rapper started becoming violent. She alleged that he once pushed her out of the car and asked her to walk for about 5 miles.

She also claimed that February 2019 was the first time Soulja Boy sexually assaulted her and later paid her $1,000 after feeling remorseful of his act.

The woman claimed that in May 2019, when she told Soulja, she wanted to quit, he spat on her. She also alleged that he would “punch, kick and body slam” her due to his jealousy, and has also threatened to have killed her once, “I should have killed you.”

She further claims that he would lock her in a room with no mattress, food, or water on several occasions. And sometimes sexually assaults her twice a day

According to the suit, in August 2020, after one of his violent attacks on her, she claimed that she moved out of the house and later went back to get her things a month later and was raped by him again.

Jane is said to be suing Soulja Boy for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, and infliction of emotional distress

She also claims that the rapper didn’t pay her properly while working for him, so she also sued for damages.

Meanwhile, one of Soulja’s representatives stated that “Soulja would never put his hands on a female. He wouldn’t beat a woman or put his hands on a woman… this is non-sense!!!”
