BBNaija6: First Saturday night party
The ‘Shine Ya Eye’ housemates got a fair dose of fun from their first-ever Saturday night Party and DJ Big N was the turntable master for the first party night for the BBNaija Season 6.
The boogie-down started out with the theme, ‘Rep your Style’ and as already predicted by the theme, the housemates brought their A-games to the party. The ladies turned up in their sexiest and the guys simply put their packs on display… we’re so not ready for this heat.
DJ Big N understood his assignment. The celebrity Disc Jockey shared hit after hit from classics to newly released tracks. Big N’s playlist also made an applaud-worthy impression on Wizkid’s Starboy FC.
Journalist @iamOkon also noted that the DJ was playing a mix of old and new Wizkid songs. He wrote;
“DJ Big N came to party to remind us that Wizkid has been king from way back till date. Giving us young Starboy jams and new skool Big Wiz Magic. When you are big, you are big abeg. #BBNaija”
Laycon was invited to the party. The rapper made an appearance with a special prerecorded remix of his ‘Verified’ single, and in this version, the rapper hyped each housemate, leaving them even more excited because they didn’t see it coming.

Angel certainly knows how to steal the spotlight and the shine. The housemates did a good job rocking the dance floor but Angel absolutely murdered it engaging other housemates especially her soon-to-be lover, Sammie. We spotted more dance floor couples: Arin and Cross, Boma and Nini, Liqurose and Emmanuel.
Liquorose first had an emotional moment when she saw her face on the Guinness Nigeria cup. Liquorose and Saga brought their energy to the dancefloor. The two got into a mini dance battle although sadly, the camera didn’t get ample view of Liquorose and Saga ripping the dance floor apart.
Tega, Jaypaul, Princess, Peace, Saskay, Yousef, Maria, Jackie B, Beatrice, Pere, Niyi and all the other housemates lit up the stage as well.
Every part of the party was a hit back to back but the Housemates had the challenge of a cramped space. The cramped space was a tough call especially since there was a lot of dancing. The party room appeared cramped with all 22 housemates moving for the vantage points. Regardless, the housemates made lemonades and danced the night away.
