BBNaija6: Housemates undergo the first punishment from Biggie
Big Brother had earlier relayed a message to Angel, one of the female housemates during the Wildcard vote session. Biggie told Angel to inform the housemates to get ready and prepared for the show to begin. Angel passed Biggie’s message but unfortunately, the housemates thought she was only joking.
When Saga went for his session, he was asked by Big Brother about the message and he explained that Angel gave out the message but they didn’t believe her.
It was then Big Brother indicated that their disobedience will be revisited, stating that they would be punished big time.
On Monday, Biggie revisited their issue and punished the housemates for flouting orders in the show. This is the first punishment carried out during the Shine Ya Eye season.
In a message relayed by the Head of House, Biggie said that the housemates should have familiarise themselves with the rules of the house by now, but they have been nonchalant. Hence, the punishment for the housemates was to separate grains of beans from rice as it was claimed that both grains were accidentally mixed up.
The then Head of House, Peace, read out the instructions, “When you were informed by a fellow housemate to prepare for the live eviction show, you disregarded big brother’s instructions. Henceforth, you will not be reminded to prepare for the eviction shows and punishment for this offense is you must work as big brother’s ninjas and help separate the grains of rice that are accidentally mixed with the grains of beans”.
The rules broken by the housemates also include speaking in hush tones and whispering, as noted by Peace in Biggie’s message to the housemates.
