BBNaija6: Peace, Boma, Tega and Michael Evicted from the BBNaija Show

The Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye Sunday live eviction show was tagged ‘Kingsize Eviction’. This was revealed in an e-flier created for the event. According to the flier, ‘Kingsize’ describes something that is bigger or larger than usual. This may not have come as a surprise as the house also witnessed ‘kingsize’ nominations this week.

For the live eviction show, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu turned up ‘combat-ready’ in an African soldier ensemble by Mai Atafo, paired with black military boots from KIINGDAVIIDS.

Show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu kicked off the night with the not so surprising eviction of controversial married housemate Tega Dominic. Boma’s reaction to her eviction was that of undeniable despair.

Ebuka Uchendu asked if she missed her husband after weeks in the BBNaija House, Tega said, “I miss my husband, my son, and my mum I can’t even explain it.”

On if she’s going to miss Boma whom she shared some under the duvet moments with last week, Tega said, “Yes. Boma is my friend.”

She went on to state that what she did with Boma in the house was just a strategy between them to entertain viewers of the reality TV show.

“My husband is a bad guy, he wouldn’t take this seriously,” she added.

The next two housemates to be evicted was Michael and Peace.

Reflecting on his time in the House during his Diary Session, Michael said that he had experienced some character development. Speaking about his relationship with Jackie B, he said, “We’re still figuring stuff out,” but that he would like to explore their connection outside the House, “for sure!” About the future, he said he’s going to continue pursuing his music career.

During her Diary Session, Peace said that the only goal she set for herself was “not to be the first or second person Evicted.”

“To be honest, I was ready for anything,” she told Ebuka after her eviction. When pressed by Ebuka on her relationship with Michael, she said “He was my friend. I was like that with everyone. They’re amazing people.”

Regarding her next move, she said she would invest in her brand, but would go for anything that comes her way like acting or music.

The last evicted housemate was Boma. Speaking to Biggie earlier on Sunday, Boma said that he never really expected to make it into the House.

When asked if he had any regrets, he referred to his outburst with Angel and said “There are some things I said that I know are going to be misjudged. I probably should have done better; I should have gone back.”

The show saw an impressive surprise performance by fast-rising singer, Agra Starr, and Rema wrapped up the show with a stunning performance of two of his hit singles.

“Chewing stick and toothpick dey work for the same place but their work still different. Prioritize well and entertain us” Ebuka left us with his wise words after announcing the eviction of four housemates Tega, Boma, Peace and Micheal.
