The official video for brown skin girl is finally out and everyone has been in a rush to see what the outcome of the video will be since the massive hype that came along with it.
The video which was posted on Beyonce’s youtube chanel on August 25th has over 3million views, just a day after it was published.
Well, many Nigerians seem to be disappointed after watching the video as they anticipated seeing Wizkid grooving alongside Queen B, but to their surprise, Wizkid was nowhere to be found beside her. Not just that, it was so embarrassing that Wizkid’s shot was not taken anywhere close to Beyonce as his location was totally different from other locations in the video.
Leaving that aside, Shatta Wale was highly honored and respected by Beyonce as they were seen together in the official video of #already, which most Nigerians felt wow for Wale to be seen with Queen-B.
Many expected Wiz will be seen with her too in the video for brown skin girl, just for the video to be out and they (Wizkid and Beyonce) where not pictured in any scene in the video together.
You will recall that this is not the first time such a thing is happening with Wizkid being featured in the same music video with a foreign artist.
Lets take it back a little to when Drake featured him in One Dance and when it was time for the video, Wizkid was nowhere to be found and to think Starboy really made that song bag series of award.
Should we say this has become a norm when it comes to Wizkid not to be pictured in music videos with foreign stars in a song he is being featured on. Obviously, Wizkid can fly to any country for a music video shoot as long as proper arrangements are made.
Take it or leave it, this is a big slap as he is being treated as an upcoming being given an opportunity.
