Bobrisky appears in Magistrate Court over unpaid debt allegations

Popular influencer and transvestite, Bobrisky has been allegedly dragged to a magistrate court in Ajah over unpaid debt allegations.

Recall that last year, Bobrisky was dragged by a jeweller for buying gold on credit for his birthday shoot and refusing to pay.

The jeweller, Houseofamearpearl  in a series of posts shared on Instagram claimed that Bobrisky’s outburst against his ex-best friend, Tonto Dikeh for owing him N5 million triggered the call out.

According to the jeweller, Bobrisky is a hypocrite and clown, she questioned his gut in calling out Tonto Dikeh for debt, when he was also a debtor.

The jeweller said they do not sell gold on credit or accept payment on installment and that the issue had been in court for almost a year, while they were waiting for the final court judgement.

“You collect my Gold you refused to pay for how many months again? You even has the guts to use my Gold you no pay for they do your birthday shoot and all, And you dare call out some. Bobrisky you are bloody hypocrite and a clown”, the jeweller cussed.

“No we do not sell gold on credit nor do installment payment, we only do cash and carry, it was just an unfortunate situation. That yeye boy triggered me, seeing that post made me mad like wtf. My lawyer am sorry. The case is in court already tho! Will patiently waiting for the final judgement like have been waiting for almost one year now”.

In  a new update, the crossdresser appeared at Magistrate Court 1, Ajah division with respect to the case.

Detailing more on he issue, controversial blogger, Gistlover wrote,

Anyways, senior man was sued by a gold influencer, he don did cross examination today. And na Magistrate Court 1 for Ajah division them carry am go. Come lie again let me see. House of 400millions in d mood. Slide to see senior man mood we no go jam agbako ooo”.

Bobrisky had earlier denied these allegations, stating that he does not owe the jeweller as his bangle worth 2.4 million was in her possession and should not expect any payment from him.

Bobrisky warned the Jeweller not to mess with him because his full name was trouble adding he gave the jeweller a bangle to wash for him, and she was yet to return it.

“I was asked not to respond to you yeah, but I’m very stubborn and I won’t take shit from a nuisance like you called houseofameripearl, firstly tell me you are pained I left ur ass for @beckygoldjeweler”.
