Damson Idris shuts down breakup rumours with Lori Harvey

Damson Idris’ representative has given an update on the actor’s relationship with Lori Harvey amid breakup rumours.

It was reported a few days back that Lori Harvey and Damson Idris split just three months into their relationship.

Responding to the speculation surrounding his three-month romance with Harvey, 26, Idris refuted the claims through a representative.

Idris’ publicist responded to Newsweek’s request for comment, saying that the split reports are “completely false.”

“Damson and Lori are still going strong and very much together as a couple,” they told Newsweek.

Also, Lori Harvey’s recent Instagram story had a message about her relationship with Damson Idris that was heard loud and clear. 

In the post, Idris can be seen smiling at the camera as he’s seated in the driver’s seat of a car. 

“My fine ass Uber driver, ” she wrote in a text overlay of the post.

Harvey and Idris made their relationship Instagram official back in January after fueling dating rumors for weeks prior. 

Meanwhile, in Idris’s new cover story from Complex, he explained why he decided to publicize his relationship despite the fact that he’s a private person.

“I guess I’m just growing. I’m just learning,” he said. “I’m not letting certain things affect me and I’m also understanding that life is life and that social media is social media. Sometimes you may do different things. Sometimes you may act out of touch sometimes, but you learn. People are able to look at those choices and learn. With my private life today, with my relationship today, uh, it’s great. Life is great and I’m just moving forward.”

He later added, “It is tough to keep those things a secret, but you know, our lives are under a magnifying glass. And people need to understand that people are people. People in the public eye are people. As I said, it’s great and life is great.”
