Davido Gets Emotional During Candle Night Service Held for Obama DMW
Nigerian Superstar Davido was drowned in his emotions while at the candle night service held in memory of his late friend and associate, Obama DMW.
Davido, who was away in the US landed in Nigeria in time to bid his late foremost and loyal personal assistant, Obama DMW, a final farewell. Davido and other friends of the late Obama DMW honoured the deceased with a candlelight event.
The singer was filmed arriving with his squad, all dressed in a black t-shirt customised in honour of Obama DMW. The singer who wore a somber face with swollen eyes could not even give a speech at the event.
While the candlelight procession was ongoing, the DMW boss ensured that Obama’s only son stayed by his side. Even when the boy was lagging behind, he waited for him to join him as they made the journey side by side with his security men guarding them.
Davido has been rather quiet since the death of Obama DMW and the video of him at the candle night is one of the few times he has been seen since Obama’s death.
