Davido’s Personal Aide Isreal Afeare, Set To Serve Time In Prison If He Doesn’t Apologize To Dj Cuppy.

Famous Nigerian female DJ, Florence Otedola also known as DJ Cuppy, has started the legal proceedings against Israel Afeare, Davido’s personal logistics manager.

You recalled a few months ago. Cuppy had shared a post on her social media saying popular Nigerian singer Zlatan Ibile has refused t talk to her for ten months.

Zlatan also confirmed his refusal to talk to cuppy as he denied knowing her in an interview. Few hours after the video of Zlatan asking who cuppy was as he claimed not to know her, Davido’s personal logistics manager Israel took to his Instagram story to reveal how DJ cuppy used the singer in making her hit song gelato, with paying him a dime.

Cuppy seeing Israel’s post came out to clear the allegations saying she does not owe the singer as he was paid in full. She further went on to state that she was going to file a lawsuit against him for libel and defamation.

Cuppy has now filed a lawsuit from her lawyers Babajide Koku and Co to Isreal, demanding a letter of apology and withdrawal of his statement that will be shared publicly.

The letter states that Mr. Israel will sign an undertaking to cease publishing these allegations or similar allegations. Not just that, he will also compensate her.
Israel is also given between five days upon receiving the letter to respond immediately to Cuppy’s demands, or else further actions will be taken against him.
