Denrele Edun is under fire for disclosing his Intimate Affairs with Late Goldie

Netizens have descended on Denrele Edun after he confessed to having an affair with late singer Goldie while she was alive and married.

During a recent chat with Neecee of Boss TV, Denrele Edun, whom we thought was just mere besties with the late singer, Goldie, revealed that he was Goldie’s driving force. Not stopping there, he stated that he knew Goldie was married before it became public, but there were times they ‘entered the corner’ for intimacy when she was alive.

He said his relationship with Goldie was more than people saw.

“I have not shared this anywhere but I can as well say it here, my beautiful late friend Goldie, a lot of people just thought we were friends but we did have a few intimate moments,” revealed Denrele.

“I knew she was married of course we kept that a secret.

“It was more than friendship you know, we entered the corner.”

Since the interview went viral, the media personality has been hit with severe backlash on social media. Denrele was berated for making such a revelation about his relationship with a lady who can no longer defend herself.

Many commenters also said Denrele disrespected Goldie’s husband by making such disclosure.

Jessy Jackson wrote, “When I saw Goldie trending (may her beautiful soul continue to rest in peace) I wonder why?… Denrele is still insensitive, can’t you continue to keep it a secret? Is that something you are proud to say, f*k it she was married. Allow her to rest. Total rubbish all he said…
