Dj cuppy set to sue Davido’s logistic manager Israel, for libel and defamation of character. Cuppy’s rage is coming few days after Israel claimed she never paid Zlatan for featuring him on her song ‘Gelato.’

You recall, cuppy once tweeted about Zlatan not picking her calls or responding to her messages. She also stated that he blocked her on all social media platforms.

Well, Zlatan Ibile also confirmed that he did not talk to cuppy as he denied ever knowing her during an interview. When he was asked what transpired between himself and DJ Cuppy, he replied, “who is that” asking if the person was an artist.

Later on, Davido’s personal logistics manager, Israel, took to his Instagram story to reveal his alleged reason why the singer is not talking to DJ cuppy.

Israel alleged that DJ Cuppy did not pay Zlatan for their collaboration on her song “gelato.” He further said that Cuppy invited Ibile to Abuja to fundraising her foundation and did not give him a dime. 

He also talked about how Zlatan paid for his accommodation and that of the people he came with and their feeding.

Dj cuppy has come out to react to the claims made by Israel. She stated there was no breach of contact between herself and the singer over their collaboration on the song “gelato.” She finally stated that she would be suing Mr. Israel for libel and defamation.
