#EndSARS Gbas Gbos: Wizkid Lashed Out On Reekado Banks See Why.

The #endsars protest in the country (Nigeria) has indeed put an end to lots of entertainment activities, as all Musicians, Comedians, Actors down to OAP’s have put a pause to their careers and focused their energy on the protest.

We reported yesterday October 15th, that Wizkid was supposed to drop his long-awaited made in Lagos album, to mark the king of high life Fela Anikulakpo Kuti’s birthday, but he had to postpone it, due to the ongoing protest.

For Wizkid, all entertainers should have the same goal, leading to one direction at this point in the country, which is ending SARS and Police Brutality.

Just like popular comedian Mr. Macaroni, who released a statement saying whatever job anyone has for him, which is not in line with the ongoing protest, should be put on hold till the protest is over.

Well, guess it’s a totally different ball game for Reekado banks, who despite the on going protest and most celebrities putting a hold to their careers and joining in the protest, still want to release his long-awaited single “Omo Olomo”, which he, by the way, featured Wizkid.

Reeky took to his social media pages to announce the release of his single “Omo Olomo” He wrote ….

“Out of control, gbedu must drop. This one with my brother @wizkidayo “OMO OLOMO” midnight dropping. Still on the matter !!! #EndSWAT #EndSARS #EndPoliceBrutality”

Wizkid upon seeing Reeky’s post took offense and lashed out at him, calling him a clout animal, trying to use the protest for his own advantage. Starboy didn’t stop there, he said that he can’t believe that reeky is still trying to release a song at a time like this, calling him a fool and the song and old song. which he later deleted.

Mind you, you never can tell if they (Wizkid and Reekado Banks) had a discussion on releasing the song earlier, which Wizkid might have kicked against, but Reeky might have still insisted on releasing the song, which made Wizkid react the way he did.

But then, do you think Wizkid went too far for calling Reekado banks names?
