EPL: Arsenal put three past Southampton
Arsenal, who were without a captain, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, found their way back to winning, as pulled off a comfortable 3-0 victory over Southampton at the Emirates on Saturday.
Assistant captain, Alexandre Lacazette opened the scoring for the dominant Gunners in the 21st minute, before Martin Odegaard, doubled the lead six minutes later, leaving the visitors at the trail heading into the break.
The third goal came in the 62nd minute, through, defender Gabriel’s header.
The Gunners moved up to fifth in the Premier League table, one point off the top four.
