EPL: Manchester United bag narrow win away at Southampton
Manchester United built on their impressive victory over Liverpool on Monday, to seal a slim 1-0 win against Southampton.
After playing out a goal less first half, Bruno Fernandes, broke the deadlock ten minutes after the break.
Southampton put up a good fight and tried to get back in the game, but the visitors held on to get their second win of the season and see an end to a poor run of games on the road which had seen them lose seven straight games away from home.
The result also earned United a much needed clean sheet.
Meanwhile, new signing, Casemiro made his debut for Manchester United when he was introduced late on.
