EPL: Manchester United set new away record with a hard-fought win over Wolves

Manchester United extended their way games unbeaten record to 28 games after seeing Wolves off with a hard-earned 1-0 victory at Molineux.

The hosts were the better side and could have been their goals or more up in the first half but for some well-timed saves from Manchester United’s keeper, David De Gea, whose heroics throughout the game, deservedly earned him the Man of the Match award.

After a goalless first half, the Pack returned from the break with the same tempo but failed to take their chances, a prize they had to pay for late on when youngster, Mason Greenwood scored what would eventually serve as the winner for the visitors.

Having won their first game and drawn their second of the new season, the Red half of Manchester have garnered seven points from a possible nine, and are currently third on the log, might be too early, but with Ronaldo all but set to rejoin his former club, it might not be out of place to tag the Red Devil’s as serious title contenders.
