EPL: Newcastle moves to third with win over Manchester United

Newcastle United secured a well-deserved 2-0 win over Manchester United to displace them from third place in the EPL.

The encounter was a rematch of the Carabao Cup final in February, but unlike then when the Red Devils emerged victorious, the Magpies got revenge.

Second-half goals from Joe Willock and Callum Wilson did the damage, as Ten Hag’s side continued their winless run in the Premier League since February.
