EPL: Rampant Liverpool put Five past Watford

Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool left no stone unturned as they ruthlessly thrashed Claudio Rainier’s Watford 5-0 in a one-sided game away at Vicarage Road.

An unplayable Roberto Firmino, bagged his first hat trick since December 2018, while Sadio Mane, also on the score sheet on Saturday, became the third African player to score 100 Premier League goals, alongside teammate, Mohamed Salah, and former Chelsea forward, Didier Drogba.

Mohamed Salah didn’t miss out on the fun as he registered a brilliant sole goal to level with Didier Drogba as the highest-scoring African player in Premier League history with 104 goals.

The result will be one Claudio Ranieri will be looking forward to moving on from as soon as possible, as it condemned him, totally, to a miserable start to life as Watford’s manager.
