EPL: West Ham hammered past Tottenham in London Derby

David Moyes recorded his first win over Jose Mourinho in 16 attempts as his in-form side secured a deserving 2-1 victory over Tottenham in Sunday’s London Derby. 

Michail Antonio, who returned to the Hammers’ starting line-up after a two-game absence, gave the hosts five minutes early lead before on loan, Jesse Lingard doubled the lead after the break.

Lucas Moura pulled one back for Spurs in the 64th minute, but that was all the visitors could get out of the game as the defeat left Mourinho’s side in ninth, while West Ham climbed to fourth the Log.

West Ham will next be in attendance on Saturday, Feb, 27 when they travel to Manchester to play Premier League leaders Manchester City, while Spurs will play host to Burnley on Sunday.
