Euro Qualifier: Spain suffers shocking defeat to Scotland

Scotland showed grit and defiance as they secured a historic 2-0 win over Spain in their second Euro 2024 Qualifiers game.

The two goals were scored by Man United midfielder, Scott McTominay in both halves, attracting electric reactions from the Scots on both occasions.

Spain, failed to find their way back into the game, as they succumbed to their first defeat to Scotland in a competitive encounter in 39 years.

Scotland is top of Group A, having won two games and bagged six points. Spain is second with three points, while Norway is third, ahead of Georgia and Cyprus. Scotland’s next game is against Georgia in June.
