Europa League: Man Utd bounce back from Liverpool’s humiliation with win over Real Betis

Manchester United shock off the heartbreaking 7-0 defeat to Liverpool in the Premier League over the weekend with an emphatic 4-1 win over Real Betis in the first leg of their Europa League Last 16 clash at Old Trafford.

Rashford opened the scoring six minutes into the game, but Betis responded before the break.

After the break, goals from United’s captain for the night, Bruno Fernandes, Antony and loanee  Wout Weghorst gave United the win, which set them in pole positive to scale through to the next round of the competition, though they still have to finish the job away at Spain next week.
