Tonto Dikeh was signed to D’banj’s record label, DB Records, in June 2014. She made her music debut by
releasing the singles ‘HI’ and ‘Itz ova’.
Her songs received mixed reactions, with little or no criticisms, until the excitement behind the single
died down.

It was until recently that the actress took to Instagram to announce and mock how dreadful her singing
voice is. She said her singing voice is so bad, her son had to react.

Her caption reads “Even my own flesh and blood @kingandre_dikeh is running from my singing Voice…
It is finished”
She further stated that her fans hid this truth from her and she won’t forgive them, especially the ones
who supported her debut, “Hi”.

“Even if I forgive anybody, I no go forgive those fans wey they hail me that time when I sing Hiii”

Commenters still tried to support and encourage her, saying if she decided to release the song again,
they would still download it.
