France wrap up friendlies with win over Bulgaria

 Reigning world champions, France sealed off their final preparations for Euro 2020 with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Bulgaria.

Barcelona striker Antoine Griezmann gave the host the lead in the first half with a screaming bicycle kick before Chelsea forward Olivier Giroud came off the bench later to claim a quick double.  

Didier Deschamps’ men will be in high spirit when they kick off their Group F campaign at Euro 2020 next Tuesday against Germany, before taking on Hungary on Saturday and then trading tackles with Portugal on Wednesday, with every fixture promising to be enticing in what is billed as one of the most challenging groups in the competition.
