Ghanaian Media Personality, Afia Schwarzenegger Calls Out Pinamang Cosmetics Over Fake Product. Demands For $100,000.

Ghanaian controversial media personality, Afia Schwarzenegger is filing a lawsuit against the Pinamang cosmetics brand for bleaching her skin with their fake product. This is coming up days after a voice note alleged to be that of the OAP begging to be the brand ambassador to the company got leaked.

Well, Afia has ever since, through her lawyer, filed for a suit against the brand, claiming that the voice notes that went viral alleging she was begging to be a brand ambassador to Pinamang wasn’t her and as a result is a defamation on her character.

The legal documents issued to Pinamang cosmetics from Afia states that, She already had an endorsement deal with the cosmetics brand, and that Afia upon using their products started experiencing damages as a result of the side-effect of their products to her skin.

Especially her knuckles and elbows, she reported the situation to the owner of Pinamang and was given another product to remedy the first side effect which still did not work, but rather worsen the situation.

Afia on that note decided to back out as their brand ambassador because it paints a negative picture of her as well as their products, which led to her (Afia) calling for a breach of contract as she is no longer interested, demanding for the sum of $100,000 one hundred thousand dollars as compensation for the damages the products caused on her skin.

Not just that, Afia is also requesting a public apology from Pinamang cosmetics via the same platform, they used in spreading fake rumors about her begging for ambassadorial deals from them. And if they fail to comply within the stipulated time given, she was going to press charges.

Meanwhile, the owner of Pinamang cosmetics brand is yet to respond to the statement released by Afia.
