Headies Next Rated Winner To Get a 2022 Bentley Bentayga Worth Over N140m.
The Headies Awards organizers have announced that the winner of this year’s ‘Next Rated’ category will go home with the 2022 Bentley Bentayga, an exotic automobile worth the least $334,700, which is over 140 million Naira.
The prices for the Bentley ranges from $334,700 for the basic trim level SUV Bentayga V8 (5 Seat) to $457,314 for the top of the range SUV Bentayga W12 (4 Seat).
The organizers who announced this on Tuesday 1st March 2022, during a press briefing in Lagos, said the decision to upgrade the car prize of the Next Rated Category to a Bentley was because they want a vehicle that stars can drive and take pride in, as opposed to the previous editions where the winners often end up giving the cars they won to their managers.
While the list for the contenders of the Next Rated category is not out yet, organizers of the prestigious award show will open entries for possible nomination from March 8 to April 12, 2022.
The 15th Headies Awards will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, on July 2, 2022, with partnership from the US consulate, according to the organizers.
Similarly, the organizers have also introduced the Headies academy, similar to Grammy academy.
The Core Academy will advise on how the Headies is governed, while the Voting Academy will focus on getting the best artists and music for the year in review.
