Highlights From Davido’s 02 Arena London Concert

Davido’s much-anticipated O2 Arena show finally went down on Saturday, March 5, and Davido performed to a fully-booked audience at the 20,000 capacity arena, almost causing traffic after the show.

Thousands of Nigerians in diaspora among other UK citizens trooped to the arena to watch Davido’s performance and of course, he did not disappoint.

He started off the show first by fulfilling the wish of his aide and logistics manager, Israel DMW. Isreal DMW, lived his dream as he opened the concert on Friday night, March 5, donned a white traditional Edo attire and carried along a bell to announce the event.

Davido then made a spectacular entrance at the arena that saw him showing up in a square-shaped LCD stage that had psychedelic displays before finally revealing him in his full Dolce and Gabbana outfit. Davido performed his years-old hits – Skelewu, Gobe, Aye – entertained fans with his globally acclaimed jams, IF and Fall, and then set the roof on fire with his more recent hits High (with Adekunle Gold), Champion Sound (with South Africa’s Focalistic) and Baddest Boy Remix (with Skiibii).

The music star also brought notable artists on stage, including Zlatan, CKay, Patoranking, Mayorkun, Adekunle Gold, Pheelz, Victony, Yung Bleu, Not3s, Tion Wayne, Russ Millions, among others, with Jamaica’s Popcaan surprising him on stage.

Zlatan brought the streets to Davido’s stage with his performance of the hit song ‘Cash App.’

Ckay did not disappoint his fans in anyway as he performed ‘Love Nwantiti’. Adekunle Gold took the energy levels at Davido’s 02 Arena concert to another level with his perfect performance of his hit song ‘High’ featuring Davido.

Pheelz performed his hit song ‘Finesse’ featuring BNXN at the Davido’s 02 Arena Concert for the first time in the United Kingdom. Teni The Entertainer delivered a mind-blowing performance of her hit song ‘For You’ featuring Davido.

Reekado Banks delivered a stellar performance of his classic ‘Ozumba Mbadiwe’.
