“I am alive and Kicking” – Yvonne Chaka Chaka reacts to Troll who created a GoFundMe Account for her ‘burial’

Being a celebrity certainly comes with perks but the downside is being a victim of scammers who go to any length to rip celebrities of their money, prestige, value and personality.

Legendary singer Yvonne Chaka Chaka has reacted to an unknown social media user who posted her obituary, and also set up a GoFundMe account for her burial contributions. 

“We grieve with the family of Yvonne Chaka Chaka, we see how demoralizing they could be at this moment…” The culprit wrote. 

Yvonne immediately took to Twitter to express her frustration and debunk fake news of her death. “Some FOOL posted my Obituary and even asked people to contribute in a go fund me acc. For my burial. ???. How mean can you be,” she wrote.

“So to the Devil I am alive and kicking I am going nowhere. Thank you all for the love and support. Don’t fund Evil he asked for some go fund”, she added.

It was reported that Yvonne took action before the scammers could cash out through the account. The reason is still unknown as to why someone would carry out such demoralizing act in order to make money. 

The legendary South African music star is indeed alive and kicking and will be soon be honoured with a SAPMA lifetime achievement award
