“I need an American or Canadian man to marry me” – Actress Mercy Aigbe cries out

Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe has declared interest in marrying an American or Canadian man after she was stuck in Lagos Traffic.

The actress was stuck in Lagos Traffic for a maximum of 4hours on transit. She took to social media to express her frustration as well as declare her interest in settling with an American or Canadian man, provided she gets to leave the country.

She wrote;

Gridlock! Lagos on stand still! I have been in traffic for over 4hrs!

This country will frustrate you from all angles! Relocation on my mind! Abeg I need an American or Canadian to come and marry me oh! D’Owner Biko no vex! It is what it is! I no do again.

Hello Tueh! Tueh! What’s the Traffic situation report at your end? Biko help a sister! I left Mowe at 9.3oam enroute lekki, this is 2.37 pm lagos Nigeria time and I am still stuck in traffic at Ojota! Will you advise me to abort mission or keep going? Have you plied this route today? Cos Omo me I don’t know why they will be patching roads at the same time! Tayaaaaad!!!

Sometime in June, the movie star made it known that she would give marriage another shot while reacting to the flower gift she got from her lover.

“So D Owner’ sent me flowers on set with a note that says “Keep flying high babe, I am rooting for you “ love you forever It’s the little things! Agbeke Aya ‘D Owner’,” she wrote.

“Maybe, just maybe I might change my mind and give Marriage another shot! Love sweet sha, Iro o da”, Mercy continued.

Aigbe was married to the auto dealer, Lanre Gentry and they have a son together. The union was marred with domestic violence and infidelity allegations. Mercy and Gentry got separated in 2017.
