“I regret associating with Portable, he’s still a boy” – Talent manager, Ijoba Danku

Nigerian talent manager, Yusuf Adepitan, popularly known as Ijoba Danku, has expressed regrets for letting famous singer, Habeeb “Portable” Okikiola into his circle.

He described Portable, whom he once managed as ‘immature’ and claimed that the Zazuu star lied to him when they first met.

Speaking in an interview with Doyin’s Corner podcast, Danku expressed sincere regret for ever working with Portable. He disclosed that Portable had approached him for representation in a dishonest manner.

Danku disclosed that he sued Portable at some point but later dropped the case after his father pleaded on his behalf.

Ijoba Danku said; “Portable is still a boy. Before Portable came to me, he lied to me. I actually sued him but his father pleaded with me and I accepted to drop the suit.

 If there is someone I wish I never allowed into my circle, it is Portable.”
