“I will keep the baby, I don’t believe in abortions”- American lady impregnated by Sammie Okposo insists

An American lady identified as African Doll had accused Gospel singer, Sammie Okposo of impregnating and abandoning her.

African Doll narrated that they met during one of his concerts in Texas and started following each other on Instagram, he proceeded to ask for her phone number which she gave him.

She said Sammie later invited her to his hotel and they spent nights together on several occasions, which led to her taking in.

After informing him of her condition, African Doll claimed the singer asked her to abort the pregnancy. She claimed that he stopped being sweet and kind to her like he used during their sexual escapades after he found out that she was pregnant; an attitude she detests.

She said: “We still kept contact when he would go back to Nigeria back and forth. He started misbehaving after he found out I was pregnant. He basically blocked me, he told me he was done with the conversation that I’m trying to disgrace him. But I’m telling him the whole time that I am not trying to get anything from you, I am not trying to disgrace you. We are both wrong but respect me and don’t treat me like shit. He even posted pictures of his wife in January and that was like after what we have gotten into it.

“Again its not to slander him, I’ve never asked him for anything other than respect because he got really aggressive and called me a fool and idiot over the phone when I first told him. He said it wasn’t about him not believing me, that it was about doing the needful and getting rid of it.”

Recounting what happened, African Doll in a recent interview with Obodo Oyinbo TV said:

”We both know that we didn’t use protection. We both know that we were wrong. There is a still a way to handle things. He didn’t handle it right. I am not saying he has to bow to me, but there is a way you do things. Turning your back on me is wrong. Any woman on earth won’t feel okay about it .It doesn’t feel good to be abandoned or to be thrown to the side. I cannot be walking around thinking about it, life goes on”.

When asked if she is going to keep the baby, she said: “I will keep the baby, I don’t really believe in abortions. Fornication is a sin. The bible says he who is without sin should cast the first stone. It is not my intention to hurt anybody but to bring life to the situation”.

It will be recalled that Sammie Okposo in an exclusive interview with Sunday Scoop said he is not bothered by the fact that he is yet to have a child with Ozioma Okposo.

“I am not bothered. Why should I be bothered? Am I God? Anything that has to do with life is not in my control. God is the person with the final say when it comes to childbirth. It is going to happen because delay is not denial.

“However, it is not affecting the happiness in my home. I am not waiting for my wife to give me a child to bring extra happiness. It has not even formed a discussion in our home. God is the owner of babies; he is the one that gives.“I thank God because he did not give me some things when I wanted them. In the meantime, I am grooving, rocking and graciously enjoying my wife because there is no distraction and responsibility of raising a child yet.

When God feels we have enjoyed ourselves enough, he will give us double for our trouble. The way we are now if I’m on tour in America and I miss her, she could join me if she’s free but when babies are involved, you can’t just leave home like that”, Sammie Okposo said.
