Kizz Daniel hires his former label boss, Emperor Geezy as CEO of Flyboy Inc

Nigerian music star, Kizz Daniel has stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer of his record label,  Flyboy Inc., and hired his former boss, Emperor Geezy to take over.

Kizz Daniel was formerly signed to G-Worldwide, but they fell out due to some clauses in the contract, and after leaving, the singer set up Flyboy Inc in 2017.

Speaking in an interview with American On-Air-Personality, Angela Yee Way Up podcast, Kizz Daniel revealed that he has stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer of the label and hired Emperor Geezy instead.

Kizz also said they signed a new artiste to his music label, Prime. He said the mission for Flyboy Inc is to groom and promote talented African acts.

Kizz Daniel has been on a hit streak that saw him drop back-to-back hits in ‘Buga’, ‘Cough’, and ‘RTID (Rich Till I Die)’ in the space of one year.

His latest offering ‘Shu-Peru’ which is his second single of the Year has been making the waves worldwide, as expected.

The energetic song set tongues wagging on the internet minutes after its release with many fans gushing over the smash hit.

In a brief interview with The PUNCH, the singer said, “My new single was borne out of my experiences during the first leg of my just concluded world tour. Performing in different cities, interacting and imbibing different cultures, and watching different audiences react to my music ignited the inspiration that gave birth to the song.

“I will continue to push the boundaries in the industry, making headlines for my exceptional music and creativity.”

Shu Peru was produced by Rewardz Beats, while it was mixed and mastered by a US-based sound engineer, Jaycen Joshua. The video for the song was directed by TG Omori, who was also the brain behind the video for ‘Buga’, which currently has over 170 million views on the video-sharing platform, YouTube.
