Lady Calls Out Burna Boy for Failing to Pay for PH Bolé and Fish She Delivered to Him in London.
Back in November 2021, Nigerian singer, Damini Ogbulu, popularly known as Burna Boy in the heat of his craving for the popular Port Harcourt bolé and fish, proposed to pay $10,000, as well as marry any lady who can supply him with bolé from Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, to London, the UK capital, immediately.
In his words, ‘’I will pay $10k for Portharcourt bole and fish in London right now, if it even comes close to the one from PH, I might marry you here sharply.”
To the amazement of the public, a lady @bole_n_fish_lagos delivered this service and rescued Burna from his cravings and now, he has allegedly refused to pay for her services.
In a series of posts on the vendor’s Instagram stories, she recounted how she reached out to Burna Boy’s management about his bolé post and showed interest in delivering the meal to them.
She shared proof of her conversation with Burna’s mother and manager, Bose Ogulu as well as her PA and the person who was to pick up the order. The bole seller also explained how she spent four hours preparing the meal because she had to travel to an African shop which was an hour away from her residence and that where she was staying was also three hours away from London where the delivery was to be made.
On March 8, International Women’s Day, the bole seller called out Burna Boy’s mother and his team as she noted that she was not paid a single dime to date.
