Lone goal hands vital victory over Fulham

Mohamed Salah’s well-converted first-half penalty was enough to give Liverpool all three points in their game against Fulham.

The goal extended Salah’s goal-scoring form at Anfield to 9 goals in 8 games, and it also saw Liverpool secure their fifth consecutive victory in the EPL as they look to close finish the season strong and possibly book a place for next season’s Champions League.

The result leaves Jürgen Klopp’s side in fifth place, four points behind United at fourth and give ahead of Tottenham who are sixth on the log.

Fulham on the other hand, remain 10th.
