Man City fight back to share the spoils in six goal thriller against Newcastle

Manchester City had to dig deep to avoid an upset against Newcastle as resolute performance saw them overture a 3-1 lead to a 3-3 draw, in the very entertaining encounter.

After taking the lead five minutes into the game, City, shockingly conceded two goals in about 11 minutes and ended trailing Newcastle 2-1 at half time.

After the break, Kieran Trippier, made it three for the hosts through a stunning free kick in the 54th minutes.

Six minutes later, Erling Haaland, pulled a scrappy one back for the visitors’, and within giur minutes, Bernardo Silva, grabbed the equalizer to spare the relentless defending Champions some blushes.
